Girls Education

  • Mandate: We advocate for the necessary resources and policy changes to ensure all girls receive at least secondary education. Our goal is to transform systems, policies, and practices that hinder girls from accessing 12 years of free, safe, quality education. We engage communities and governments to invest in girls’ education and hold them accountable for their commitments. Additionally, we implement innovative solutions such as digital learning platforms, community-led educational initiatives, and mentorship programs to enhance educational opportunities for girls.

Sports

  • Mandate: We promote the physical and mental well-being of youth through sports initiatives. Our programs are designed to encourage participation in various sports activities, provide access to sports facilities, and organize sports events. We aim to foster teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among young individuals. Additionally, we take the initiative and contribute to and support government and partner organizations to rise and regain Pakistan’s sports legacy.

Research & Advocacy

  • Mandate: We conduct policy advice, policy-oriented research, and advocacy from a broad multi-disciplinary perspective. Our goal is to promote the implementation of policies, programs, laws, and regulations based on sustainable development. We strengthen civil society and facilitate civil society-government interaction through collaboration with other organizations and activist networks. Additionally, we disseminate research findings and engage in public education through the media, conferences, seminars, lectures, and publications. Our efforts aim to inform and influence policy-making processes, ensuring that they are inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with sustainable development goals.

Consumer Rights

  • Mandate: We strive to protect and promote the rights of consumers by educating them about their rights and responsibilities. Our organization provides resources, support, and legal assistance to ensure fair treatment in the marketplace. We advocate for stronger consumer protection laws and work to resolve consumer complaints. We are committed to provide protection, promotion of rights & interests of the consumers as well as speedy redressal consumer complainants against low quality products and faulty services through the Complaint Registration Mechanism.

Polio Eradication in Balochistan

  • Mandate: We support government efforts to achieve a polio-free Pakistan, with a special focus on the Qila Abdullah District near the Afghanistan border, where most polio cases are found. Given the tribal and conservative challenges in this area, the HOPE & SAVE team has faced significant hardships on the ground. However, we have taken bold and novel initiatives to campaign and motivate parents and communities for polio vaccination. Our mandate is to motivate and support government initiatives on polio campaign teams for a polio-free Balochistan.

Environment Sustainability

  • Mandate: We are committed to promoting sustainable environmental practices to preserve natural resources and protect the planet. Our programs focus on raising awareness about environmental issues, advocating for sustainable policies, motivating community for plantation and implementing community-based green-projects that promote conservation and reduce environmental impact.

Youth Development

  • Mandate: We empower young people by providing them with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our programs include leadership training, career development skills-oriented workshops, mentorship, and volunteer opportunities. We aim to equip youth with the skills and knowledge they need to become active, responsible citizens.

Good Governance

  • Mandate: We advocate for transparent, accountable, and effective governance at all levels. Our initiatives focus on promoting democratic values, strengthening institutions, and encouraging citizen participation in governance processes. We work with Government to ensure that public policies are fair, inclusive, and reflective of the community’s needs.

Women & Child Rights

  • Mandate: We are dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights of women and children. Our programs provide legal assistance, support services, and advocacy for the rights of women and children. We work to combat gender-based violence, ensure equal opportunities, and promote the well-being of women and children in all spheres of life.

Behavioral Change/Tolerance & Peace & Conflict Resolution

  • Mandate: We foster a culture of tolerance, peace, and conflict resolution through educational programs, community dialogues, and mediation services. Our efforts are aimed at reducing violence, promoting understanding among diverse groups, and building peaceful communities. We encourage behavioral change by addressing the root causes of conflict and promoting positive social values.
